1) Determine expressions for the angular velocity and the angle of rotation for a body in
rotational motion at constant angular acceleration.

2) Derive expressions for the velocity and displacement of a particle undergoing linear
motion at constant acceleration.
(5 marks)
3) A round stone initially at rest and weighing 100 N rolls down a curved path. The radius
of curvature of the path is R= 3 m. The bottom of the path is at a vertical height of H.
Find the speed of the stone at the bottom of the path if H = 3 m if friction is neglected.
