Q4. You are the Financial Accountant of ABC Co. Ltd and of recent, the General Manager of the company decided to computerize
the Accounting Information System (AIS) of the business in which case a SAGE Accounting 100 Software was acquired and
installed in your system. Assuming you have been sufficiently briefed on the usage of this software, and that you have been
entrusted with the task of creating a data base for the business, respond to the following questions that relate to the formalities, to be
observed, when creating an AIS using SAGE Accounting 100.
