You are the Financial Accountant of ABC Co. Ltd and of recent, the Genera! Manager of the company decided to
computerize the Accounting Information System (ASS) of the business in which case a SAGE Accounting 100 Software
was acquired and installed in your system.
Assuming you have been sufficiently briefed on the usage of this software, and that you have been entrusted with the
task of creating a database for the business, respond to the following questions that relate to the formalities, to be
observed, when creating or exploiting an A!S using SAGE Accounting 100.
Question 1. From the Menu “File”, which Sub-Command do you click so as to create a new database (company) for

Question 2. State any five (5) things that must be defined before SAGE accepts to create your database. (5mks)
Question 3. Describe the steps to be observed, in point form, if you want to:
