Section A:
1. In less than half a page, briefly explain why it is important to stress relevance in teaching and learning
economics. (2mks)
2. In less than a third of a page, explain why “a lesson plan is only a plan.” (2mks)
3. With the use of an appropriate diagram, explain the tenets of System of sub-system. (12mks)
4. State in less a third of a page how useful system of subsystems can be in resolving issues surrounding
teaching, learning and application of economic theory to real world problems. (2mks each = 6mks)

10. Using three words, what is meant by Classroom Management Function? (2mks)
Section B:
1. With the use of Marxian Analogy, write a critique of the essay “Economics is an Inductive Science.”
2. With the use of any of the following movies (“Lean on Me”, “Columbiana,” and “Judah Ben Hur”)
discuss why “the essence of all education is good citizenship.”
3. With use of Teaching Methods, explain why Teaching Economics is a lot more challenging.
4. With use of a creative diagram weave the core of Bloom’s Taxonomy into the core of microteaching
