manager. Given the level of competition in the market and more generally the complex nature of the business
environment, he was advised to take into consideration the concept of Corporate Entrepreneurship. As such, he comes
to you as a business student with the following questions knowing that Managing and sustaining a business calls to
question, the examination of corporate entrepreneurship:
a) What do you as a business student understand by corporate entrepreneurship? (2mks)
b) Explain corporate venturing and strategic entrepreneurship as the main options for implementing corporate
