Question Two
After graduating from HTTTC Bamenda with a DIPET II certificate, Mr. John was recruited to work in Fine-Boy
Enterprise Bamenda. He signed a contract of unspecified duration and was placed on a monthly salary of
180.000FCFA.
After working for five years the General Director sacked him because he was absent from work for two weeks due
to ill-health.
