Ql) Human communication can be seen as consisting of various types of signs categorized into the manner
these signs relate to the object. Discuss with ample illustrations.
Q2) Communication can be more than language of vocal symbols. Discuss.

iii) Syntagmatic and paradigmatic analysis of language
iv) Language universal and Universal language

1 Define, describe and exemplify the following as they characterize human language: Displacement,
Arbitrariness, Productivity, Cultural Transmission, Duality, Reflexiveness, Discreteness
