Part One: Compulsory question

Ethics and Law are key elements of society defining human behavior. Explain and illustrate

this statement with the aid of concrete examples (10 marks).

Part Two: Attempt any two questions below

Question II: On the basis of humanist theory of ethics and a reading of the Cameroonian

society, how would you ethically situate corrupt practices? (5 marks)

Question III: List two (02) schools of ethics you know and explain their components (5

marks)

Question IV: Clearly draw the difference between professional codes of ethics and

individual codes of conduct (5 marks)

Question V: What actions are typically forbidden by corporate codes? Explain (5marks).

Question VI: Explain and comment this Golden Rule: "Do unto others as you would have

them do unto you. (5 marks)
