CA Management control (part 1)
During 2018 festivity period, Mr. Ambe plans to produce 25 cake with the following elements
of cost: material: 10 kg at 500f per kg; labour: 5 hours for 10000F; overhead: 80000f (with
30000f fixed) for a normal activity of 20hours of direct labour per period.
In reality, Mr. Ambe produced during that period 200 cakes after using: 100 kg of material for
40000F, 30 hours of direct labour at 2500f per hour and 120000f for overhead.
